Refund Policy

At Denari Entertainment, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our products are fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand dropshipping partner. As such, our refund and return policy follows Printful’s guidelines.
✅ Refunds & Replacements Are Offered If:
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

The product arrives damaged or defective

There is a printing error or manufacturing flaw

You received the wrong item or an incorrect size due to our error
To be eligible:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or 14 days for customers in the EU)

Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
We will submit a claim to Printful on your behalf, and they will determine whether a refund or replacement is issued.
❌ Refunds Are Not Offered For:

Buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind)

Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer

Shipping delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs)

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received

Slight variations in placement, sizing, or colors (normal in print-on-demand products)
📦 Returns
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless a product is eligible under the refund conditions above.
Important: Do not send returns to Printful’s fulfillment centers or addresses printed on the shipping label unless specifically instructed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
⏱️ Refund Processing Time
If your claim is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Replacements will be produced and shipped at no cost to you
🌍 International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. These fees are non-refundable.
